Product Introduction
The syringe assembly is a high-precision fluid metering component independently developed by our company. It features high accuracy, excellent repeatability, stable and reliable operation, compact structure, wear resistance, long service life, extended stroke, high transmission precision, and precise metering capabilities. The assembly requires zero maintenance throughout its 2 million operation cycles. The plunger is constructed from ceramic or 316L stainless steel, while the sealing rings are made of ultra-high molecular weight polymer, offering outstanding wear resistance and superior reagent compatibility.
The multi-unit body enables simultaneous liquid aspiration/dispensing across multiple channels, saving both space and costs. The number of channels can range from 1 to 10, with customizable specifications and channel quantities available to meet specific customer requirements.
